CognitiveGenesis Goes Global
On September 7 to 9, the Inter-American Division held a Teachers' Congress in Cancun, Mexico. One thousand educators from 15 universities and 910 schools belonging to the Adventist educational system in 33 countries were present. Dr. Elissa Kido, Project Director, described CogniiveGenesis and presented preliminary findings from the past three years. This was the first time the study was shared with audiences outside of the North American Division, and the response was very positive. The Inter-American educators were interested in the study's findings as well as in exploring the possibility of duplicating the study in their own country.
