Note the following directions for downloading:

1. The Information Manual for testing can be downloaded as a Word document or as a pdf file. Both versions are available here.
2. When the option box opens, save it to your disk rather than choosing "open" if you wish to save it and use it later.
3. If the Word document opens as a "read-only," you will need to use "save as" to change it to a Word document (*.doc).
4. Or you can open it as a pdf file and change it to a Word document if you have Adobe Acrobat Professional.
