		CognitiveGenesis has prepared this manual to assist unions, conferences, and schools with the procedures and policies governing the CognitiveGenesis research project. The CognitiveGenesis office oversees the overall operation of the project throughout the North American Division; conference and union departments of education monitor and communicate the specific directions for the survey and testing processes to their schools.
